Shore Shot Pistol Range has signed exclusive contracts with several ammunition manufacturers to increase our supply of ammunition substantially and allow us to bring the prices down. Please be patient with us as it may take a few weeks for our deliveries to begin. We have also received massive shipments of Rifles, Pistols and Shotguns. I am recently new to the shooting world and didn't know which range to join in the area. It has become very apparent to me that you really do care about your customers and do go above and beyond. Thank you for making my choice in clubs to join an easy one. See you all on Saturday.
Awesome News!!! I have been a member at Shore Shot for 10 years and never had a doubt that Billy would figure out a way to get us ammo. I don't know how he does it, but he always finds a way to get what we are looking for even when everyone else says it can't be done. Thank you for 10 great years and I look forward to many more as a member.

I am new to Shore Shot as well - my wife and son recently purchased two pistols and enjoyed firing them right away.
I was concerned about being able to have ammo to shoot at the range and am very happy to hear the news about the exclusive deals.
BTW - thanks for your expert advice and patience James - I feel like we got a lot of value and it made my decision to become a member easy.

Aside from the great news about Ammo, if you're in the market for a new pistol, check these guys out. They have more new inventory than virtually every other store in the area. I have been to several and NO ONE can compare. The prices are exceptional and the staff is just straight up cool to deal with. Shore Shot is the place to go.
I agree with Aaron. I have looked high and low for a new Glock 23 and the only shop I have found in the area that carries them is Shore Shot. They were 50 to 100 beans cheaper than everyone. They also have some funky rifles in stock if your looking for AR types. They even had those HK's that look like they are from a video game. I have purchased a few from them and will continue to do business with them. I have never had to second guess the price or the quality. They back everything and give the absolute best deals.
Have you guys lowered the price of your ammo yet. Last time I was there I saw it was raised by $1.00 - $1.50 Per Box. It is becoming really expensive to enjoy shooting as a hobby. Is there anything I can do as a NRA life member to protest the bull that is going on with ammo ? It is amazing how this wonderful goverment of ours is ruining peoples hobbies and lively hood.
Aaron is 100% right. Living in northern NJ I have been to some of the other places up here, some still in business and others no more. I now drive 1hr and 15min each way to buy my guns and ammo, and shoot at the SS range. The SS guys run the business with customer service in mind. For some reason, their NJ competitors think they are doing you a favor when you walk into their stores. Thank you for creating a 1st class environment, wish you where closer.

I have been to a range in the Belleville area a few times and for the most part it's ok. They just have this one guy that works there who is a total D@#K. Everytime you go in he treats you like a turd. I have never had that experience at SSPR. They are the range to go to.
To answer the question about ammo. Not yet. We are still a few weeks away from our first delivery. We are trying very hard to keep the ammo as low as we can without taking a beating. Trust me, good things are coming and the hike is temporary. Just hang in and we will get the prices dropped as soon as we can.

I went to Belleville once, and never again. SS (Shore Shot) is the place to go if your are looking for customer service, quality, and expertise.
I know you guys don't want us to slam competition but I am going to do it anyway. I'll just leave the business names out to maintain at least part of your guidelines. I have been to the range in Belleville, nice place, super small though. The staff leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. Like you ate a turd. One guy in particular. He is the fat baldish cop looking dill hole that treats you like crap all the time. The other range in lakewood is similar to the range in Belleville. They treat you like crap. The major difference is I at least felt safe in Belleville. Gang Bangers with machine guns make me nervous. Lets also mention they look like their going out of business since they have ZERO inventory. Central Jersey is Awesome. To political to join. SSPR is the shat. Always have inventory, always have ammo, always treat you like a friend. Maybe because we are the customers and they provide us a service. If they treat us like puds we won't go back. I guess they figured it out. That's why I like it there. They kick ass and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great club where you feel welcome and most of all safe.
I have been a member of the SSPR for only a short time. I drive from Staten Island,NY to shoot there because of the GREAT customer service, their knowledge and expertise of the firearms industry.
I may belong to other clubs but I will always belong to the Shore Shot Pistol Club.
The entire Shore Shot team treats everyone like family.
And even though I may have to pay a NYC transfer fee I will only buy my guns at Shore Shot.
